Notice for First Semester 2020 Batch

NOTICE

All the students of 1st Semester 2020 Batch are hereby informed that new time table will be followed from 31.03.2021. As per the new time table there will be 3 days of online Theory Classes and 3 days of offline Practical Classes.

 

Students who has opted for the Hostel should come as per the given date.

NOTICE

 

2020 Batch & Lateral Entry 2019 Batch 

 

 

Students of 2020 Batch & Lateral Entry 2019 Batch who could not fill up their Registration Form can fill up their Registration from with a late fine (Rs. 550/-) from  26.03.2021 to 31.03.21 

 

Forms  have to be filled online at www.sbtejharkhand.nic.in linked to GYANJOYTI.  Late Registration Fee of Rs. 550/- should be deposited in Punjab National Bank through  Jharkhand University challan which can be downloaded from the above website. Students are required to personally submit the print out of  their  Registration form along with Bank Challan  (Board Copy),           photo copy of seat allotment letter and matric marks sheet  to the Examination Deptt. for verification on the same day or next very day.  

 

 

Note : Students who have been provisionally admitted have to submit their SLC / CLC and Residential certificate to the college before 31.03.2021

 

(1) All the students have to clear their dues. If the dues are not cleared then the form of the student will not be submitted by the Examination Deptt. to J. U. T portal.

 

(2) Students will be completely responsible for any error while filling up the form. So fill up the Registration Form sincerely.

 

(3) Students will not be entertained after the last date. i.e., 31.03.2021

 

(4) Keep the following documents ready before filling registration form.

 

(i)  Scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format: The size of the scanned photograph must not be more than 500KB. Photograph should be same as given to the college.

 

(ii) Scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format: The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black / Blue pen and the size of the scanned signature should not more than 500KB.
 (iii) Scanned left thumb impression in jpg / jpeg format: The size of the left thumb scanned image must not be more than 500KB.
 (iv)  Mobile no. and e-Mail ID: Mobile no. and e-Mail ID should be verified for further process.

 2014 to 2018 Batches

 

Students of 2014 to 2018 batches are hereby informed that they can fill their Examination Form of 5th Semester online   (www.sbtejharkhand.nic.in linked to GYANJOYTIfrom 17.03.2021  to  22.03.2021.  

 

Examination Fee is as follows:

 

1) 2018 Batch Rs. 1000/-

2) One Subject Rs. 500/-

3) Two Subjects Rs. 750/-

4) More than two subjects Rs. 1000/-

 

Students should deposit the examination fee in Punjab   National Bank through  Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT) Challan.

 

Students are required to submit the print out of  their  Examination form along with Bank Challan (Board Copy) and no dues slip (from the Office) to the Examination Deptt. on the same day  or  next very day.

 

  Note :

(1) Student of 2018 batch must clear their dues and pay their 6th Semester Fees before filling  the Examination Form.

(2) Student of the 5th Semester who have failed in  more than 13 subjects (combining 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th Semester subjects) can not fill their 5th semester Examination Form.

(3) Students will be fully responsible for any error while filling up the form. So fill up the Examination Form carefully.

Students of 2020 batch and 2019 lateral entry batch are hereby informed that students who are residing far off can send their downloaded registration form along with the bank challan through mail to the examination department. Students should send the mail through their own name mail id. They should also attach the documents required (Matric Marks Sheet and Allotment Paper).

 

 

The college will not be responsible if the documents are not received through mail.
