 2020 Batch & 2019 Lateral Batch

 

Students of 2020 batch and 2019 lateral entry batch are hereby informed that students who are residing far off can send their downloaded registration form along with the bank challan through mail to the examination department. Students should send the mail through their own name mail id. They should also attach the documents required (Matric Marks Sheet and Allotment Paper).

 

 

The college will not be responsible if the documents are not received through mail.

 

 

It is advisable to submit the documents personally to the college.

NOTICE

 

 2020 Batch and Lateral Entry

 

 All the Students of 2020 batch and Lateral Entry are hereby informed that they have to fill their  Registration Form.

 

 Registration Forms have to be filled with a fee of Rs. 350/- from 24.02.2021 to 04.03.2021 without fine and with a late fine of Rs. 550/- till 06.03.2021.

 

Forms  have to be filled online at www.sbtejharkhand.nic.in linked to GYANJOYTI.  Registration Fee of Rs. 350/- should be deposited in Punjab National Bank through  Jharkhand University challan which can be downloaded from the above website. Students are required to personally submit the print out of  their  Registration form along with Bank Challan  (Board Copy), photo copy of seat allotment letter and matric marks sheet  to the Examination Deptt. for verification on the same day or next very day.  

 

 Note : Students who have been provisionally admitted have to submit their SLC / CLC and Residential certificate to the college before 06.03.2021

 

(1) All the students have to clear their dues. If the dues are not cleared then the form of the student will not be submitted by the Examination Deptt. to J. U. T portal.

 

(2) Students will be completely responsible for any error while filling up the form. So fill up the Registration Form sincerely.

 

(3) Students will not be entertained after the last date. i.e., 06.03.2021

 

(4) Keep the following documents ready before filling registration form.

 

(i)  Scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format: The size of the scanned photograph must not be more than 500KB. Photograph should be same as given to the college.

 

(ii) Scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format: The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black / Blue pen and the size of the scanned signature should not more than 500KB.
(iii) Scanned left thumb impression in jpg / jpeg format: The size of the left thumb scanned image must not be more than 500KB.
(iv)  Mobile no. and e-Mail ID: Mobile no. and e-Mail ID should be verified for further process.

2019 & 2018 Batch

 

Students of 2019 & 2018 batch who could not fill up their 2nd Semester & 4th Semester  are hereby informed that they can  fill their Examination Form online (www.sbtejharkhand.nic.in link to GYANJOYTI) on  09.02.2021  with a fine of  Rs. 500/- and Examination Form fee of   Rs. 500/-.

 

Those students who already have the challan of S.B.T.E. can submit the same, however students who will be making fresh challan should deposit the examination fee in United Bank of India through  Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT).

 

Students are required to submit the print out of  their  Examination form along with Bank Challan (Board Copy) to the Examination Deptt. on the same day. They can submit the filled up Examination Form  (Hard Copy) personally or mail the filled up Examination Form to the Examination Deptt. (This email address is being protected from spambots. Note :

 

(1) Student of the 4th Semester who have failed in 11 or more       subjects (combining 1st , 2nd and 3rd Semester subjects)      can not fill their 4th semester Examination Form.(2) Students will be fully responsible for any error while filling up the form. So fill up the Examination Form    sincerely.

·     Passed 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the subject)   OR

·     Passed a degree in ITI (Technical Field) from a recognized institute  OR

·     Passed Intermediate Vocational Course Examination

Instructions for Candidate for Admission in the Institute

List of Certificates/Documents (Original copies) required for the admission

i) Admit Card, Marks-sheet and Passing Certificate of Qualifying Examination.

ii) Institute/School/College Leaving Certificate.

iii) Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

iv) One set photocopies of all above concerned Certificates/Documents.

v) Six copies of recent colored passport size photograph of the Candidate.
